She's unprofessional. Doesn't return phone calls or even acknowledge emails let alone reply to them. Instead I got lies about emails not going thru, etc. She allowed my ex- to get away w/ violating agreement, and agreed to his terms without consulting ME! Too unconcerned to fight for anything but her fees. She got well paid but didn't earn what she charged. And she held up distribution of my settlement funds for months due to her lack of understanding of basic accounting. Her behavior as my legal representative is a disgraceful. Steer clear. I want to leave zero stars.

Roxanne has a heart of gold. I never once felt like my case was not important to her. Any time I called no matter how many questions I had she always answered them without making me feel like I was a bother to her. She worked magic on my case and worked so hard on getting me what I wanted. If you want a lawyer that's going to actual care for you and work her butt off for you, Roxanne is your woman. If I ever need a lawyer again I will be returning to her, and if any friends/family need a lawyer I will be recommending them to her.

I dont know a whole lot about the law or attorneys. Im a pretty simply guy. When I was served with divorce papers, I came in to meet this lady. After listening to me for one hour, this attorney actually CRIED with me hearing my story. She knew I was hurting and didnt have a lot of the money. She reduced her fee not once, but twice. It made me realize she's not trying to go out a rob people for their money. She genuinely cared. I listened as this attorney spoke on my case and the issues at hand. Though it was not always easy, she spoke about the facts of the law and was clearly knew what she was talking about when dealing with divorce law....and she has an amazing ability to explain hard legal terms in a way that a child can comprehend. When I wanted to do things from the heat of my emotion, she reminded me how it would look in a judge's eyes and didn't tell me what I simply wanted to hear, knowing it would cause more harm than good! If you truly want to be represented by a dedicated attorney who shows she gives a damn and has good sense, go with Roxanne!

This lawyer is uneducated and sloppy. A lawyer's looks can be an indication of professionalism. Beware some of these reviews are not real. However this case is. She talked a good talk and then began making deals with the other lawyer that her client wasn't in agreement with. She said she had to do this when both parties refuse to work together. My sister was not willing to budge and leave her nursed daughter alone in the care of a substance abuser known to pass out in his lawn. When my sister fired Roxanne, she refused to return my sister's money. She also threatened my sister that if she thought she was getting screwed just wait, they have rules of their own in Citrus County and if my sister hires an out of county attorney the Judge (Carol Falvey) will school that attorney on Citrus County way.

This attorney is one of the best attorney's I have ever met! She is AMAZING in the court room and can do incredible things. I am a former client and I loved everything she did for me. When I had no idea what was going on with my case she was right there explaining it every step of the way to me. Plus every time I called I was called back. Ms. Dean made sure I was court room ready both dressed professionally and ready to take the stand in my case. I could not have asked for a better attorney. Not to mention she is so caring and has a huge heart and is willing to help anyone out. She is top notch and I will highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

She is very good in the court room, but you contact an attorney to help relieve some of the stress and fix your legal matters. She will take your money and do little as possible to fix your legal problems until she has no other option. Then will ask for more money after a year goes by, when you have already payed your retainer fee. Im certain theres several other people who would agree with me. Save your time, money, and stress for someone who will actually help you, communicate with you, and not feed off your lowest point in life. You read this, choose wisely or you will remember this review!

Charged a lot to do little to nothing for my case. Had to call and call to get any response to phone messages and received very few replies to emails. She recommended and tried to bring into my case outside professionals who have poor reputations but charge large fees. My interests were not represented. 1. Over two years of fees resulting in no progress even though I complied with all of her advice. 2. Would not return phone calls or reply to emails. 3. Brought in outside professional against my express objections resulting in thousands of dollars in additional costs that proved to be unnecessary and unproductive. 4. Refused to turn over documents of my case to my new attorney for over a year even though I had paid her in full before discharging her.

Roxanne Dean is not only extremely intelligent, she has the best work ethic I have ever witnessed. I would refer her to anyone in need of an attorney.
