My family is so pleased and thankful for Melissa Pendergrass and her team! They fought hard for me regarding family matter law. The office was great and staff were very helpful! They were there to answer any question I had big or small in a very fast matter. Any question I had was urgent they replied fast to them!! I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of family matter and custody! My family is forever grateful to her team and all their support!! We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to their clients!!!

I needed a law firm to represent my company in a civil matter and I needed it ASAP. Attorney Melisa Militello agreed to take the case and she didn’t mess around! She immediately sent her process server out to serve my ex-client with a notice of intentions. I was shocked, figuring it would take several weeks. She personally called me back the very same day to let me know they had been served. Not 20 mins later, my ex-client called to schedule a meeting and paid the balance that I had been waiting on for over a year! Thank you Melissa!

Melisa was a great lawyer. I was facing 2 years and they wouldn't budge. She got 4 of the 6 charges dropped. I highly recommend her to anybody facing felony charges.thank you God bless

Had a fake restraining order put against me from an ex wife..anywhere from kidnapping to arson was involved with this restraining order.. with no cops no fire department ever called ( even said I tried to burn down the house with her kids in it) and still no police report still no call for help ran supposedly ran off the road ..guess what no cops called.. but guess who has a lifetime restraining order because I was told at first appearance because she's a single mother with kids and if she puts her kids on the stand to lie for her I'll lose .. so I could either not go or go and have a judge go against a mother and her kids .. do another word forget about my innocence forget about my fake accusations!
