Joe and his wife Kathy were amazing and reasonably prized they went above and beyond for me and what was best for my kids. Kathy was always there any time I had a question or needed to talk about my case They are an amazing team to have on your side couldn’t have ask for more thank you both for everything ❤️

Over many text, phone calls and mail. PLUSSS not being able to contact me (moving, changing personal info) was still able to be patient with me and still help me out as much as possible getting my case done and over with!!! I’m so happy with the outcome of this and so sooo GREATFUL FOR THESE AMAZING PEOPLE!!! DEFINITELY WOULD HIVE THIS MAN A CALL AGAIN IF EVER NEEDED!!!

Hired in 2014 and paid him amount in full that he said would be enough to get us to the end, divorce and custody plan for the kids and he has not submitted anything to the Citrus County court system, which is public record as of 7/1/2016. My son lost his kids today, because his wife's lawyer dismissed my son's case, because Joe hadn't filed anything and the case needed to be finished. When we interviewed and met with Joe we liked him and his personality, he had helped other veterans.....we felt he was a good person.

I've had alot of expierience with Family Law & Divorce Attorneys in the past, as I've been divorced 3-times in the past. Before hiring him, I specifically went over the case with him in detail, to make sure he knew what to do and how to do it. He told me he had several cases like it in the past and that it would be QUICK, EASY, and without much difficulty. First, upon signing an attorney agreement with him, I changed some of the agreement before I signed it, because it indicated, that if he solved the case in just a few short hours, he would still be able to KEEP ALL OF THE $1,800 RETAINER FEE. He informed me 6-months into the case, that he NEVER SIGNED THAT AGREEMENT!!! And afterwards, I asked Joe what he thought about the wrongful comments, and he said he didn't HEAR any of them and that I was WRONG. HE HEARD EXACTLY what I heard, but, to save face with his law firm and the judge, he took a stand that only PROTECTED him and his FIRM!!! At 1 court hearing, while we were waiting to go back into the judges chambers and he was on MY TIME, he discussed another case for 20-30 minutes with another client, but BILLED ME FOR THE TIME ANYWAY!!! Another time, he came to court and had brought the WRONG CASE FILE with him and the judge was EXTREMELY UPSET with my case over this. Totally "UNPROFESSIONAL", and that matter ended up causing me to have MORE ATTORNEYS FEES for the case and caused it to drag-on even longer. Then, at the very end of the case, he and his firm REFUSED to call me back on the phone, return my voice mails, or even my emails for 1-MONTH. Then when the time came, he REFUSED to take the extra fees off the bill like he PROMISED. I am only stating the TRUTH WITH FACTS here.....

I'm sure every case is different, but Mr. Indelicato seemed to know what was needed to get my case dropped. I'm happy with the outcome. He used to be a prosecutor so maybe that's why he was successful. He worked with me on payments and didn't overcharge me just to come in and go over my situation. He didn't say much about what he was going to do, he just did it and I couldn't be happier with having my charge gone!
