I want to share my experience with this Firm... I have nothing but Great things to say about these folks... the paralegal Barbara Brown is the BEST.... She helped me through some rough spots and walked me threw step by step if I didn't understand... I would hire this group again if I even need legal advice or help. T.J and Samantha are both awesome. I'm still dumbfounded and shocked. I have just had my worst customer service experience. This is supposed to be a zero-star rating, but since there is no such thing as a zero star, I left 1. I called Law Offices of Ellis and Bryant, and I politely requested to speak with Samantha, one of the attorneys. Barbara, the receptionist, answered the call. I gave a brief explanation of why I called. In an angry tone, she told me that I cannot speak with Samantha and immediately hung up the phone. At first, I thought she mistakenly hung up the call. So I called a second time and politely asked to speak with Samantha. She said Samantha is unavailable and, in a much elevated tone, scolded me, stating that she had previously informed me that Samantha is unavailable. She immediately hung up on me again. I was speechless. Her hostility towards me was unnecessary. I do not know Barbara. I have never had any interactions with her until today, but to receive such unspeakable treatment from a service-based company's representative is beyond my comprehension. For future clients of the Law Offices of Ellis and Bryant, I recommend proceeding with caution and engaging with them at your own risk.

I am in the US Army and was stationed overseas in Germany 🇩🇪 going through a divorce. The Ellis and Bryant law office communicated with me almost everyday. Mrs. Brown made sure all my questions for the lawyers were answered. The divorce was handled with little stress or issues

My finance was arrested on June 2, 2021. Ms. Samantha Ellis got him home two weeks. She is the attorney you want to hire she gets the job done if you don't understand she walks you step by step. This was my first time ever getting a lawyer. I will not go with no other than Ms. Samantha If anybody needs a lawyer she is definitely the one. Her paralegal Ms. Barbara is outstanding as well. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Ms Ellis and Mr. Bryant just did magic and will not forget their hard work towards my good friend Deo who was about to get some serious jail time and boom he is a free man and back to his family.
