I just wanted to Thank Attorney Davis and his Office Manager Anna B. I had an issue with Florida DMV going back to 1997 and I was running into wall after wall trying to get it resolved. I just couldn't get anywhere until I reached out via email to Attorney Davis's office. From the very first call from Attorney Davis's Office, Anna's Professionalism, Kindness, Genuine Care and Concern and a go get them attitude was absolutely evident and appreciated. When Anna said that they would take on my issue and do all they could to get it all straightened out, I figured I was looking at several months or longer! Well, in less than 1 month my Florida DMV issue was corrected! I just can't thank Anna enough for staying in constant contact, always updating me on the progress of resolving this very old issue. Honestly what I can't really express clearly enough and with enough gratitude is how much I appreciate what Anna and Attorney Davis did for me because of the actual Care, Concern and Understanding that both Anna and Attorney Davis had for me from the very beginning of them taking on my issue, it was absolutely beyond any expectation I would have ever had. I wasn't just some number, I was someone that they truly showed care and concern for! All I know is if anyone is in need of an Attorney, Attorney Davis and his Office Manager Anna B., is who I would want defending me! I strongly suggest if you need an Attorney and Office Manager that will care about you and your issues that you contact Attorney Davis's Office! I did my research on five lawyers in jacksonville and settled on the Law Offices of James Davis “& Anna”. I added Anna at the end because at the end of the day, they are a team and you have to trust every single person on that team with your life. When hiring a lawyer you have to think about four things, 1. Experience, 2. Strategy ( your lawyer is an extension of your voice) 3. Relationship with the prosecutor’s office and 4. Relationship with his paralegal. The Law Office of James Davis checked all of those boxes off for me and a big thing was Anna. Anna has been there for twenty years and made a huge impression on me. Mr. Davis shot it to me straight. He didn’t make any promises to me that he couldn’t keep, put me on a payment plan, we formulated a plan together, Mr. Davis executed it and my DV charges were dropped before I was formally charged. This was all within two weeks of hiring Mr. Davis and Anna. Mr. Davis kept in communication with me and held my hand through the whole process. He called once a week to ensure I was okay and to keep me updated. His compassion and candor matched my personality so this was the perfect match for me. Thank you, Mr. Davis! Thank you Anna! I have my life back!

An amazing friend and attorney. Between Anna’s awesome personality and James work ethic I would recommend anyone to this law office. If it was not for them I would still be rotting away in a cell somewhere. Never once did I feel any judgement even though I was a total idiot. You can tell they really do care about their clients.

I feel Mister Davis got the State to see my situation for what it was and got me a fair agreement when prior representation couldn't. Him and his assistant Anna kept me informed through every step taking away any worry I otherwise would have had. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
