Attorney Kevin is Knowledgeable and Caring. He let me know what I needed to help plead my case. I cooperated with him in a timely manner so he can help me as much as he can. He returned my calls and messages in a timely manner which shows me just how much he cares. I will hire him again and again if I need to.

I am very satisfied with my lawyer, Kevin Cobbin. He is very well informed, connected and smart. Most of all - he cares! I first heard about him 10 years ago through another prominent Attorney here in town. At the time, I wanted legal representation from someone that I could relate to and they had to be a FIGHTER. I will attest Mr. Cobbin is both. Over the years, I've gotten to know lots of Attorneys in town and no one else, in my opinion, has the level commitment and dedication to his clients that Kevin has. Yes, I would strongly recommend to anyone in need of solid legal advice or counsel.

I hired him for my husband. My husband had to tell him what to ask for. He barely return calls it seems like having a public defender. He only calls you a day or two before court you go in blind sided. I don't see the way he do people he can tolerate to look at his self in the mirror and it doesn't bother him. I don't recommend him he only cares about his freedom.

Attorney Cobbin handled my personal injury case. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely in responding back to the insurance company. I was very impressed with his office staff and he personally followed up with me when I had questions or concerns about the case. I would definitely refer Attorney Cobbin to friends and family.

You’re better off representing yourself than hiring this “attorney.” I hired him for my mother, a senior citizen...gave this man money and he never returned phone calls, text messages or communicated with her about her case. And the very few times we spoke to him, he was unprepared, arrogant & insensitive. He is a crook & should be disbarred.

He has taken my money and never returns calls or messages. I text on many occasions and only get one word responses. The only communication I had on receiving follow-ups was with his assistant, Whom now has advised me to longer reach out to her. My case has been going on over a year and I have not gotten anything I have asked for. He is unprepared and non-connected to my case. He never calls to update me on my court dates, I have to look them up myself or reach out for help. I was leaving a while ago but was persuaded to stay by his assistant and I only wish I would have listened to my first mind.

Recently hired him for a family member. Basically I paid him $3000 for nothing. Late & unprepared for court, doesn't return calls, just wants your money. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER.

Mr.Cobbin, helped 2 of my children from going to jail. so yes I feel he is a good lawyer. will hire him again if need be.

Kevin Cobbin will not provide you with a detailed bill nor will he advise of the so-called work he has done on your behalf. When asked about the work he completed to date, Cobbin gets irate and says you are interfering with him doing his job. Attorneys are responsible for keeping detailed statements regarding the work they have done. Cobbin represented me in a criminal case; however, he refused to meet with me at the jail because he said it would take too long. He never showed me a copy of the arrest report so I didn't even know the details of what I was being accused of doing. When he finally came to the detention center, he stayed for 20 minutes, never opened my folder and did not tell me how he would defend me. The only reason he came to the jail was because my family threatened to fire him if he didn't. We figured out after 3 weeks that Cobbin's so-called strategy was to accept money and then do nothing. We lost $2250 with Cobbin who did no work. He operates like a paid public defender which is insulting to public defender's because at least they show up to court on time instead of arriving late like Cobbin. We had to hire another attorney to defend me. Cobbin's strategy is taking your money, keeping you in the dark, and getting irate if you ask him about the work he has completed to date. You will regret hiring this attorney that was reprimanded by the state

I hired Mr. Cobbin on March 6, 2017 as my divorce attorney and paid him my fees. He never met up with me or discussed my case before we had court on May 2, 2017. We got in court and he didn't have a clue about my case at all. He never prepped me for what was going to happen in court. He never requested my ex husband's financial affidavit and told me that he wasn't. He basically made my case worse than it was. He is very unprofessional. He never did anything for my case and took my money. He never gave me a financial statement so that I would know what I was being billed for. He was a no call, no show and had not planned to meet up with me before mediation. The week before mediation I had to hire another attorney because he refused to do his job. The only thing he kept stating was "my divorce was to short and that my ex husband and I were doing too much." While in court my ex husband attacked my character and he never crossed examined me to clear up the false statements that were made. He told me, " What do you care, you are moving back to Kentucky." He is a horrible attorney and I wouldn't recommend him to my enemy. Hope this will help someone out. DON'T EVER USE HIM!!!!
