Pet was lead counsel in a commercial litigation matter for our company. Pet was courteous, professional, to the point and provided a very realistic appraisal of the possible alternatives in the case. His advise and direction was spot on, he guided the legal team, and us his client, with a true regard for the effects on our business. He was considerate of the cost of litigation and advised us on strategies to minimize those costs. While litigation is never pleasant, Pete and his team did their best to minimize the frustrations, anxiety and uncertainty in the case. Although Pete has no crystal ball, he did an admirable job of presenting possible outcomes and guiding us on a safe course of action.
