Do not I repeat do not hire this law firm they will rob you blind. I hired David Taylor’s firm to represent my uncle, he put two inexperienced lawyers on my uncles case and all they did was lie to me and my family for almost two years, about things that went on in the court room, and things we asked them to do that could possibly better his case which never happened. They extended court date after court date instead of doing the things that were asked of them that could have possibly resolved this case. They won’t return your calls and they will demand money be paid immediately or they will withdraw from your case, (they sent text messages to my phone stating this) even though it doesn’t state that in the contract that I signed. It says payments will be made three days prior to said court date, but they stated they would file a motion to withdraw from the case if I didn’t pay all three court dates at once(280 per court date X’s 3) I never missed any payments. I have a recording (yes it came to that) of attorney Brittney Herndon stating she would email me information on my uncles case which never happened. I asked her four different times during this recording and she lied to my face. I’m a first responder here in Jacksonville I work hard for my money and hate to see it thrown away by this law firm, don’t hire them please.

Had a case in 2014 he did nothing but extort money from me and my family I was out on bond and he still made me pay him $300 a month as he called it to keep my feet on the ground did nothing for me or my case nor do I believe he even read my case can't see how he is still even in business his attitude towards people is very bad with his uncaring self but quick to take your money.

We got ourselves in a bad situation with a moving company. We did everything we could to work out a solution with no success. My niece told me about Neil. Called up Neil Weinreb law firm. They jumped right on the situation. He gave me sound advice. Was able to direct me in what options I had. Would highly recommend this agency.

I was happy , I had 2 other lawyers that I definitely was unhappy with before finding mr Neil weinreb, he kept the pressure on the other party and will argue up in front of the judge if needed. Reasonable fees too but yes id recommend mr Neil weinreb

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE ANY ASSOCIATE A A PART OF DAVID TAYLOR LAW! I hired Brittany S. Herndon to represent my mom she did nothing for months but, extend court dates and fall short on her attentiveness to her case. She made sure everytime a payment was due she went to exaggerate lengths to inform us she needed to be paid. In return she showed NO EFFORT and lacked key communications when it came to dealing with this case. In short after four months of dragging out a simple DUI and $3200 in legal fees she advised my mom to plea no contest. Which anyone who has watched Law and Order could’ve came up with that idea. I am so, disappointed because as a young black professional I was hoping for much more commitment to practicing law and fighting for her people. I must say Brittany Herndon is a discredit to every black female attorney in this field actually fighting to be taken serious and to make a difference. Hiring Brittany is the most efficient way to make sure you loved one see’s jail time!

This has excellent parking ,easy access, easy to find. Clean restaurant in bottom of building. The service is outstanding. The atmosphere was upbeat and light. I have had great experience so far with this Law Firm,,,David Taylor's office's have helped me in wide variety of legal issues @ affordable prices.
