The young lady I spoke with keeps putting me and my case off, I spoke with her 3weeks ago and she said "I'll have the attorney to call u back" I still haven't received that call yet. Even though they accepted my case. So I call to fire them today and d lady tells me I need my NEW lawyer to send them a letter saying I no longer need them to represent me...I told her they didn't hire you I DID. So I'm telling you u don't need your service any longer. She was the most unprofessional paralegal (or whatever she calls herself) that I've EVER spoken with. Still no lawyer has called me 🤔

Farah and Farah to me is more than a law firm. When handling your case; they make you feel like family. I've called on them twice, and each time they've delivered professionalism, compassion, and may I add; they know their stuff! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great firm. I used Farah & Farah in two accident cases. They are consistantly great and do things that are on the up and up. No shady lawyers just expert professionalism. Both times they got me more then I expected. I was treated very well. They answered phone calls and emails promptly. I have zero complaints only high recommendations about the firm. They are the best personal injury firm in Florida.
