I am pleased beyond measures with Attorney Firm Farah and Farah. Once I got injured I needed someone to help me with my costly medical bills. My legal team started to work for me. Over a 3 year time frame, my medical bills where pilling up. I have to mention my personal legal team member Sari. Sari’s diligence in calling, emailing and responsiveness enable me time to concentrate on healing. The Firm assisted me in paying off those bills and gave me money for my pocket. I give Farah and Farah well deserved Bravo Zulu for a job well done. I will recommend Farah and Farah to anyone. Thank you!

If you are looking for a firm with quality services and good reputation, Farah and Farah is it! I was assigned the perfect case manage, Sabrina Rasheed, She is very knowledgeable, professional, very responsive and she worked hard on my case to get me the dividends I wanted on my case. I will tell you, that I was surprised at the negotiation she pulled off with the insurance company. This young lady has "mad skills!" I was always treated with respect and most of all, she gave me her undivided attention, when it came my health, my concerns, and my needs. Even through COVID-19 she continued to work just as hard and never missed a single detail or rock uncovered. This woman is AMAZING! While you have micro-mange some employees, Ms Rasheed is a STAND ALONE that Farah and Farah does not need to hold her hand. If you want someone working hard on your behalf regardless of obstacles, Ms Rasheed is your "Lady Manager." Stephanie was amaazzinnnnggg! From the moment she was assigned my case, until the end, she was extremely thorough. She communicated with me regularly and was very helpful. She even negotiated a couple thousand more than what the insurance company initially wanted to offer me. She is bomb!!

Having never been through something like this, I was very scared and full of questions. Sabrina never failed to answer all of my questions and was extremely comforting. Even with complications due to the Covid-19 shutdown, my case was handled quickly and professionally. All of my calls and emails were answered quickly and I was updated often. Never return calls from provider offices yet they want info from provider offices yesterday. We don’t have anything to gain by upsetting our patients and F&F should be more responsible responding to our inquiries when it comes to keeping their clients, our patients, out of the collections agency, when they don’t respond, patients go to collections and the F&F have audacity to call and ask why a bill from 4 years ago wasn’t paid? Sorry, but if we work together, you get your 50% and our patients are getting their credit ruined......

On Dec 11, 2018, I was rear ended in my car going to work by a young lady who had very good insurance. The whole thing was rather minor but my husband insisted on calling F&F. This put me on a very long unexpected road. I was referred for evaluation to 2 doctors by my chiropractors office, none of which I had any interest in or need for. I ended up spending over a year for minor treatments with that office and exhausting my benefits, I do not see them any longer. I never went to the F&F office, never met my case mgr or any lawyers in person. I hardly ever heard from them. I had 2 case mgrs. It took an extremely long time to settle a simple whiplash case. My case would still be going on if I didn't push the point of closure. I finally received a healthy settlement. It took from Dec 2018 to May 2020 to settle which I think is absurd. I would think many many times about ever getting involved with these people again but if you must have someone I would consider them.

A few years ago I suffered an awful fall. Initially I brushed it off but ultimately I suffered several incidences where the pain was unbearable, hospital visits required and surgery was done. I reached out to Farah and Farah to discuss what happened and how i was incurring medical bills and my case was assigned to Stephanie Lisecki. From the off she was absolutely brilliant, several times almost acting as a counselor because my mental health was affected due to changes in how I had to live my life and how the accident was effecting everyday chores. She stayed the course, kept my spirits up and eventually settled. All of my medical expenses were paid. I cant speak highly enough of both her and Ryan Thompson. They were brilliant throughout. Their support was invaluable and their knowledge and expertise enabled me to focus on getting better because I trusted in their judgment and believed they would deliver. I would recommend Farah and Farah above anyone due to Stephanie and Ryan. Thanks for everything guys.
