When hurricane Ian hit doing extensive damage to our home in s/w Florida we immediately contacted our insurance company. At first the insurance assured us they would get right on it assigned a field adjuster to survey our damage.
We thought we were in good hands until our insurance company stopped returning our calls which went on for a very long time. Finally, I called Farah and Farah and they relieved my stress and got us a fair settlement after almost a year.
We are very pleased with the service we received from the firm of Farah and Farah.

I regret choosing this law firm. It's rare that I get a return call, email, or text. They want ALL of my personal and financial information as if I'm the one that was at fault for this accident. I did not crash into anyone yet it's as if I'm the one on trail. I did not choose to be in an accident. I didn't choose to have surgery. The paralegal is unprofessional and rude. I'm almost two years in with this case. I feel like I'm not just another case and it's not important to them.
