They were very friendly and my case was eventually solved but it took two years

This was the worst experience ever. The lawyer wouldn't call you back and when she did call you back she was telling you the same thing she told you months ago. She would always say 30 -45 days. 30-45 days has turned into 6 months. When I fired her and tried to get another lawyer she would not send the letter to the insurance company so the other lawyer could start working on the case. When I called to check to see why she did not send the letter she would tell me I didn't say I didn't send the letter but when I would ask well where is the letter she would tell me she would send a email to management. This was awful. Make sure if you have a accident that you go somewhere else. This is not the place for you. Don't waste your time. They shouldn't get a star but in order to post your comment you have to give them at least one. My claim number is 2020J02385. This was my gmail account so this is the name that I have for my gmail account. Please address my complaint. This was a awful experience. I have requested a itemized bill be emailed to me from you since November 17 but I have not recieved it . A lien was placed on me because I was not happy with the service.. I asked for a release from you becasue I was not happy with the service. I have not received a release either. I compllained and asked for a supervisor but I could never get one. I even called the operator to see about speaking with a supervisor but I was always transferred back to the lawyer. I would like a call from a supervisor. Now you are asking for full pay but not full pay work. So, I will be waiting for a response/call from you.

From start to finish Farah & Farah team provided the best care for my dad regarding his accident. In particular, Sabrina Rasheed displayed a warm and compassionate conversation when responding to questions asked by my 85 year old dad. She did an outstanding job and yes, I will use and recommend Farah & Farah should it become necessary.

This was the first place I called for my disability situation and I don’t regret it at all. They are very quick on top of things and willing to go all the way to make the situation work out and for the best. They are very responsive, accurate, comfortable to work with, and get things done. I would most definitely recommend them to everyone!

I would recommend them to anyone needing help. The whole process , even though lengthy, was easy to navigate with them and they really made sure I understood everything .
