Immediately after my bicycle accident we contacted Farah and Farah. Andy Miller and his paralegal Jennifer were great to work with and very knowledgeable about insurance and medical claims.. They were professional and made the overwhelming process, much easier to deal with at a time we couldn't even think about dealing with the insurance companies and medical providers. Never being in an accident before I had no clue what to expect. Andy and Jennifer made sure all details were taken care negotiating with insurance companies and medical providers so we didn't have to think about that. We could concentrate on healing and getting back on my feet. They answered our questions no matter how small in a timely manner and were able to allow us to have the piece of mind needed to heal. Glad everyone else reviews are great, I picked this law firm because they said they will never leave your side. Well the commercials was a lie about the workers compensation part, here I am almost 4 months later struggling to keep bills paid and take care of my son. My lawyer is the worst ever, she never calls are email me back. I feel like she’s working with who I’m fighting against she’s not trying to give me the money that’s needed all the hell I been threw. The closer I get to the end of my case the worst she gets. I received a letter saying I would get a call from her yesterday never received a call regarding my case. Been trying to change lawyers but I can never get to the complaint team. Good luck with the workers compensation lawyers they don’t care ..

Ms. Estonna Garrett and Ms. Tiffany Giordano were both incredibly wonderful to work with. Ms. Giordano is Ms. Garrett’s assistant and whenever Ms. Garrett was busy, Ms. Giordano was always there to help me with anything I needed. They are both so wonderful, polite and amazing ladies. They’re very helpful and they do anything they can to help you get the information you need with any questions you have. Definitely recommend these two.

Im not sure if this is the address of my attorney's employment but..... Super impressed with their services. Throughout everything ive been going through Ms. Ursula Hall has been a blessing to me. She makes sure to stay one step ahead and even when things get rough they are there to ease the tension and doubt. Being in pain physically and emotionally can hinder many things in ones life. That same pain is unrecognizable to many and at times is tossed aside leaving you feeling low. At the end of the day life doesnt stop going, it continues in pain or not. Having people there that are just for you and making sure your not being put through more agony during the process makes me feel like i can actually take the time to heal, breathe, and focus on getting back on track. John Thomas and Michelle did a great job settling my car accident case. They were both very knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job keeping me up to date and answering any questions I had in a timely manner. I can't thank Eric Melendez enough. He fought for me and went out of his way to help me. He was patient, kind, and so understanding. He answered all my questions and made things very easy on me. And he didnt back down from the fight until he got what I needed! I would call Eric if I ever needed anything else, hands down.

My legal assistant & clerk, Sy and Tianna were very helpful, however our Attorney was very impersonal and textbook, with serious lack of communication. A 4 star for the legal assistant and clerk, but a 1 star for the attorney. Can't even remember his name.

Highly recommended, Sari is amazing, I was so lost during this process but he held my hand through it all. Every email, every phone call, he never seemed to get frustrated with me or my question.
