I reached out to Farah & Farah after purchasing a used truck from Elder Ford of Tampa for $72K that turned out to be a "Lemon". I wanted to pursue a Lemon Law Lawsuit due to the many mechanical issues I was having with the vehicle after only three months of owning it. After taking my information and the facts surrounding my complaint an attorney did quickly reach out to me. He patiently explained to me how a Lemon Law Lawsuit works in Florida. You must have an issue with the warranty company, because that is who they will pursue. Unfortunately, they can not go after the dealer. Of course that was disappointing to hear. However, the attorney took more time to provide valuable information on ways to avoid purchasing a "Lemon" in the future. Even though I couldn't move forward with a case I have to say from the point of initially taking my information up to the attorney speaking with me it was a swift and professional process. I will absolutely be using Farah & Farah in the future if the need arises.

As far as legal representation goes I would recommend them but if your looking for a great customer experience just go to a small firm. Could just be my particular attorney but Communication died off the third month if I don't call I won't receive a call. No check in to confirm nor delay promises made regarding case. I wish I never hired an attorney I would have just rather dealt with the pain and agony of the situation. Never again!

My experience was great my legal team was amazing thru it all even though it was 3 1/2 year battle of something came up we had our attorney was on top of everything and they never backed down and succeeded in the end, this was the 2nd time I’ve used farah and farah and I’ll use their services again if need be.
