From the first day I called until now everyone has been responsive and concerned about me and my daughter after our accident. Sabrina Rasheed, who was assigned as our case manager was AWESOME!!!! She always returned calls and/or responded to emails quickly. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient with me which I greatly appreciated especially since we are all dealing with added stress due to this Pandemic. Sabrina was thorough in explaining all paperwork and the entire process with billing, payments, etc. If your looking for a law firm I highly recommend Farah & Farah and if you can request a case manager as for Sabrina Rasheed.

My lawsuit was handled with the utmost professionalism and very quickly. I recommend Farah & Farah to anyone who needs a lawyer! They are the greatest!

Caitlin Clarke was what made our experience. She was consistently caring, there when we needed her, and always one call or email away. When we got into an accident due to no fault of our own Caitlin fought for us every step of the way. I can honestly say she has one of the biggest hearts, and is one of the best people I’ve met. Hopefully, I will never need an attorney again, but if I do I’ll make sure we get Caitlin.

I hired Farah and Farah after I was in an accident. I realized I wasnt as hurt as I thought and I did not want to proceed with the case. After almost three months they still have not sent out a dropped attorney letter to my insurance company so they case can be closed. I would not recommend. Edit: after writing this review they replied they would reach out to me, I still have not received a call or any form of communication. This is why I would not recommend them to anyone poor communication. They are very good with advertising and commercials but very poor with returning phone calls or any other form of communication for that matter.

I really appreciate how well my case manager Sabrina Rasheed handled my case. She was compassionate to my needs and supportive in the process of getting my case completed and done right. She was a phone call or email away when I needed her. I'm thankful to Farah & Farah for taking my case and assigning Sabrina Rasheed to complete the process.

I would not recommend Farah & Farah at all, I wish I would've followed my gut feeling and ran far far away. During the course of almost 2 years, I've been switched attorneys and paralegals, it took weeks for anyone to respond to issues/ concerns. I saw a review that said if you're not expecting big money, they don't work as hard for you, which I've found to be true. This was my first experience with a car accident situation, but you live and you learn, so I've took this as a learning experience.

Mrs. Newcomb was amazing with my case. Any questions or concerns were taken care of immediately. She is caring, understanding and with you every step of the way. She has even followed up after all was said and done! If I ever need an attorney again I will definitely use her. I

I worked with Sari "Psy" Al Dumaire who is th best case manager I can ask for. I know nothing ... he walked me through everything, explained and follow up on each item until the closure. Very Humble person ro work with.. he responds all my calls and email at anytime I have a question... Highly recommend Psy and Farah & Farah!! Thank you :)

Excellent help

I was treated very kindly and professionally at Farah and Farah. The majority of my case was handled by legal assistant Psari Aldamire, who was always courteóus and concerned about my well being from the very first time he called me. I was very impressed with how fast he returned my call after I filled out a short questionnaire online. He was very concerned about my physical injuries and he even referred me to some of the doctors that had a good reputation with Farah and Farah and he followed up in the next couple of days to see if I was able to get a appt. It was a bit shocking to me that a law firm would genuinely care about my injuríesother than as it was related to the case! No, it was obvious that he cared about me as a person and he didn't want me to suffer while waiting for a settlement. We hit several frustrating snags with insurance companies but Psari always assured me that he would make sure I was awarded as much as possible. When I wasn't able to get as much financially to compensate me for the life of pain I'm told I should expect, I felt he was just as disappointed as I was. It's important to state that this was directly related to some personal insurance issues as well as limitations on the defense side, I don't think there's anything he could have done to change the outcome.. if ever I am in need of a attorney in the future, hopefully not the same situation, but I have Psari Aldamire and the law office of Farah and Farah in my contacts list. I would recommend thém also to anyone.

Andrew Douglas Scott was an amazing attorney and I would recommend anyone to him. They will be in great hands with him. Over the course of my case, I had dealt with a few different attorneys because of people going elsewhere. When he took over, he explained a lot of things to me that others hadn’t.
