Last week I was not able to have an intake completed. This week I call back to have it done, and the person on the line refused to take my intake, condescended me, misgendered me, then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I'm contacting Legal Aid because I need help and it takes a certain vulnerability to ask for help, this experience was ridiculous. Edit: Same person did it again and hung up when I demanded a name so I could file a report with the city. Jacksonville, what the hell are you playing at.

Jamas recomendaria un lugar de estos. Que falta de respeto que lo llaman a uno y ni lo dejan hablar y aparte riendose mientras uno esta hablando. Mi peor desicion haber ido a pedir ayuda legal aqui. Aparte de eso el abogado de parte de la contraparte para que un abogado asi y diciendome que voy a tener consecuencias graves por algo que no cause yo sino la contraparte. Cuando me pregunten por este lugar dare mi peor opinion. Definitivamente. Por eso dicen que lo barato sale caro. I would never recommend a place of these. What a lack of respect they call you and don't even let you talk and laugh while you are talking. My worst decision to have asked for legal help here. Apart from that the lawyer on behalf of the counterpart to have a lawyer like that and telling me that I will have serious consequences for something that does not cause me but the counterpart. When you ask me about this place I will give my worst opinion. Definitely. That's why I say that cheap is expensive.

They do not handle the matter that I had emailed them about but they were very nice and gave me another organization to call. Back in 2000 they were able to help my mother who as since passed away With a legal matter and were very nice as well as helpful and solved the problem for her.

Good place for you to at least try to get legal advice, maybe a lawyer.
