They help when I needed advice. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Heather was a very nice Attorney and so was Mary her side. They have a notary on staff however I can't recall her name.

Paid the application fee, then paid the fee to speak to someone and no one ever called me. I sent an email to get my money back because I need it and nothing. They never returned the call, the email, or the money.
