And this guy needs improvement!!! He is extremely immature and very childish. He has no time management skills and felt no sense of urgency when representing us. Historically he has the reputation of a scam artist and as someone who is fundamentally untrustworthy.

If you want your money and time to go down the drain with no results use this sorry excuse for an attorney..He will take your money without any documentation for his services.He will not prepare his clients because he could care less about their well-being..Fair enough warning,he is the worst!

I retained this “attorney” Timothy J Miller for a DUI misdemeanor and he ended up scamming me. After reading all the other reviews for him, I actually felt better because apparently he is a serial scammer, and I am not the only one. I retained Tim Miller on 9/30/2021, and my case is still open with absolutely no progress. It has been; -566 DAYS -1YR 6MO 20DAYs -29 court hearings since I retained him… Out of those 29 hearings, he failed to appear 6 of them. When I retained Mr Miller I expected some level of professionalism and integrity. I paid his attorney fees in full and almost immediately. I retained him, so I would receive effective counseling while seeking the justice and the truth. I have been claiming my innocence since day 1. After I paid him, Mr Miller stopped answering my calls, responding to my emails, or appearing to court hearings. More than a dozen times, I asked him to send me all the discovery and all the evidence in this case. Hearing after hearing and excuse after excuse, I was not able to make him move his finger, let alone schedule an appointment to go over the evidence. He simply did not care…after getting paid, his only goal became to pressure and scare me enough, so I would agree to make a plea deal with the DA, or go to the Veteran’s Court. He never believed on my innocence, nor he cared enough or put any effort to challenge anything in the case…He kept pushing me to make a deal and get rid of my case, so he can move onto other trusting and unsuspecting clients to make a quick and easy buck. After my countless emails and phone calls, his assistant finally sent me couple pages of documents on 4/3/2023. That is 1YR 6MO and 5DAYs after I retained him. But the funny part is, those documents still does not include the breathalyzer test, dash cam records, and other important evidence…Long story short, he didn’t have those important records, because he just doesn’t have it in him to do the job, are care enough to look for… He simply did not do a thing! He had 29 different chances and 566 days to make it right to me and at least try to help me, he did nothing… A stranger on the street, or even DA would be more helpful to me than him, and that’s such a shame… 2 days after his assistant sending me those documents, on 4/5/2023, Mr Miller filed a motion to withdraw as a counsel…This is unbelievable. He asked me on couple occasions; “Why don’t you fire me?” And I replied: “I can’t afford to fire you, why don’t you just do your job? It’s way easier.” If this was any other profession, let’s say a carpenter or a plumber… and if that person had 566 days to do the job, and still refused to do it, that would be called a SCAM, and they would probably be charged criminally. Tim Miller is the smoothest scammer I have ever encountered. You will lose your money to him, and he is going to waste years of your life if you’re not fortunate enough to fire him later on… Please stay away.

My Miller went above and beyond what i ever thought he could do for my case. He treats you with respect and reassurance and he knows his job well. I recommend Mr Miller if you are in need of the best proper representation to get you the results your want or better just call this man.. I live in a condo community and we have an old, grumpy, evil man that terrorizes our community and everyone in it. I got into verbal altercation with him and he chose to go to the States Attorney's office and file a false claim that I battered him physically. The states attorney that he contacted was brand new and chose to file a warrant against me not knowing the type of person that was making this claim against me. I hired Tim and provided him information on this persons back round. Tim had the case thrown out almost immediately. He is even going above and beyond showing me he has a genuine care for myself and the residences of my community by working with me and the States Attorneys office to penalizing this evil man for using the legal system as a tool to harass myself and others. This is the 2nd time this man has filed a false police report in the last couple years. Most other attorneys would just walk away and leave you behind.. I strongly recommend in choosing representation, that you retain Timothy. He gets the job done and with honest care for his clients. Thank you again Tim.

After receiving 3rd degree felony charge, Tim had the charge dropped with no probation or community service. Never had to step foot in court. Made the process painless and resolved quickly

Unfortunately needed a lawyer for my son who was traveling through Florida. Timothy was recommended by an attorney in Massachusetts. Timothy is Very reliable and honest and caring would highly recommend he met with us almost immediately put us at ease . Case was resolved just as we had hoped

June 2018, I retained Mr. Miller to represent my son, who had been arrested for a serious felony charge, armed robbery. Mr. Miller immediately interviewed my son and reviewed the charges. The most serious charge was dropped and probation received for the minor charges. Mr. Miller was very communicative, responsive and made sure I understood the legal lingo.

I am very happy that I found Mr. Timothy Miller to represent my case. He is professional, courteous, and dependable. He was easy to contact, always followed up with me promptly, and was able to get the charges dropped. I hope that I will never need to hire another lawyer, but if I do, I will definitely call Mr. Miller to represent me again.

2/15/18- MY 17 SON YEAR OLD SON WAS ARRESTED! MY SON WAS IN ANOTHER CITY AND STATE(JAX,FL) AND I LIVED IN ATLANTA GEORGIA. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHO TO CALL BECAUSE I NEVER HAD TO HIRE A LAWYER BEFORE, ALSO I WAS SO FAR AWAY FROM HIM AND DIDN'T KNOW HOW I COULD GET ANY HELP. I WAS RECOMMENDED TO THIS FIRM FROM A CLOSE FRIEND AND I WAS PLACED ON A CALL WITH MR. MILLER. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM AND HE IN RETURN TOLD ME HOW MUCH THE CASE WOULD BE FROM START TO FINISH. I STILL WASN'T SURE ABOUT HIRING A LAWYER BUT HE DIDN'T PRESSURE ME. HE SIMPLY TOLD ME "LET ME KNOW IF AND WHEN YOU ARE READY." AFTER A FEW HOURS, I CALLED MR. MILLER BACK AND WE DISCUSSED A FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLAN AND AFTER MAKING MY INITIAL FIRST PAYMENT, I HAD A HIRED LAWYER!! HE LET ME KNOW THAT HE WOULD BE VISITING MY SON AT THE DDC(JUVENILE DETENTION) AND HE DID JUST THAT IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS. WHILE WORKING ON MY SON CASE, MY SON ACCRUED MORE FELONY CHARGES AND IT WASNT LOOKING GOOD FOR HIM AT ALL. WE DISCUSSED PAYMENTS AND OUR NEXT PLAN OF ACTION. THE COURTS WANTED TO CHARGE MY SON AS AN ADULT! THAT MEANT FELONY CHARGES ON HIS ADULT RECORD! I WAS SO UPSET , I KNEW HE WOULD HAVE TO GO TO A PROGRAM BUT I DIDN'T WANT HIS LIFE TO BE OVER BEFORE HE HAD A CHANCE TO TURN 18(CONVICTED FELON)!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY, ON 3/5/18 MY SON CASE WAS RESOLVED AND HE WAS ADJUDICATED AS A JUVENILE WITH NO FELONY ADULT RECORD! I AM MORE THAN PLEASED WITH ALL OF MR. MILLER FAST, ACCURATE AND GREAT WORK!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. MILLER TO REPRESENT ME AGAIN(HOPEFULLY NOT) OR REPRESENT SOMEONE ELSE ....HIS PROFESSIONALISM, WORK AND RESULTS SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! THANK YOU!!

Mr. Miller worked hard to fight my DUI and put in extra effort to reach a deal that worked well for myself. He was able to get it dropped to a reckless driving and remove the incident from my record. Couldn't recommend him enough

I've been arrested 3 times for felonies and Mr. Timothy go all of them dropped like it's nothing everytime i go back it's a great vibe and he's there to help recently got a traffic ticket as well this guy can really solve your problems with the law ( Very Recommend)
