A few months back I got in a bar fight and was charged with simple battery. I was seeking council and a friend recommended Tim because he hired him previously with good results. After speaking with him and explaining my situation I felt comfortable hiring Tim to represent me. I'm glad I did because the Prosecutor was playing hardball and wanted me to do jail time. Tim worked his magic and the end result was a complete withhold. All I had to do was an online anger management course. He knows the law and he knows how to represent his clients.

Timothy consistently pushed back on the opposing attorney and did not back down, swaying the Judge to allow certain motions that he wasn’t going to allow earlier. After seeing Timothy in action yesterday, I have total confidence he will exceed my expectations in my drug case. I highly recommend Timothy.
