Elisabeth ignores texts, calls and is rude when she does decide to communicate. I've never spoken with her over the phone. She says she tried to call me one time on November 8, 2023. Anyways, I just found out yesterday that M&M only cares about my injury and not the damages to my vehicle. My vehicle has been sitting, destroyed, since October 2023 and just now was told that I had to take care of that myself. Would have been nice to know that last October, smh. I'm tired of calls from people that know absolutely nothing about anything involving my case and can't give answers to questions. I've even been called by a loud call center about my personal health information, smh. I've received letters from my insurance company that they're closing my case and Elisabeth has ignored those letters and my concerns about the letters, as well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Morgan and Morgan to my worst enemy. I could have had all of this stress and anxiety without Morgan and Morgan adding to it with unprofessional employees and constant advertisements. Especially considering I'm a heart patient and the very last thing I should be dealing with is stress. Especially from people that are supposed to relieve that stress and actually work on my case. If I have to do everything for my case, why the hell do I need Morgan and Morgan?

I filed for a disability claim against the Veterans Admin because of them denying my claims. Your admin staff stated that a lawyer would call me. I never heard from a lawyer, just admin staff. My claim was filed, but I asked to add the claim for my right foot. The admin person said that they would check with the lawyer and let me know if it was added. I still haven't heard back from them. I know the wait to hear from VA is long but, I would like to know any updates if possible. Thank You
