No one has spoken to me. I've left voice mails and sent texts. I don't know what to do.

Don't have any contact with case team, they don't respond to emails or messages

Very slow. Limited communication. I’ve gained more insight in regards to my accident than Morgan & Morgan has provided or researched.

I wish I could give zero stars because they are the worst law firm EVER! The only time they care about you is if your case is going to have a major payout. Communication there’s hardly any. They gave me a case manager I was call this lady for 2 months before anyone thought to tell me she didn’t work there anymore. They charge for everything thing: copies ( black and white and colored) paper clips,faxes,emails. Morgan and Morgan is not for the people. They are for themselves.

We haven't heard anything from anyone, literally nothing, no direction, just this survey. We are wondering if we should cancel our agreement.

No one has updated me on my case

Pushed for medical marijuana but didn't insure protection for working people !! Someone can take Xanax, Loratabs, Adderall, Seroquel or drink a bottle of whiskey a night and keep there job , lost a great job 2 years ago for using my Dr prescribed medication at night and we pay the state 75$ a year for what ? To live in fear of discrimination and being forced to go unmedicated or use pharma Mr Morgan took the money and ran... Edit for reply I went to you and y'all said you couldn't help me . Mr Morgan can fight for working people to have protection, give the people a voice.

I called Morgan & Morgan because of the advertisements. When I was speaking with the gentleman on the other line in regard to my legal matter I was constantly interrupted, I was not allowed to explain my situation. I finally just terminated the phone call and chose to look for another law firm. It was a very disappointing experience

Love the staff. Love James kole it's just hard when you have moved to Morgan an Morgan and things seem to slow down. But all I give 4 stars for the respect of the team and the attitude that makes us feel like everything is going to be ok.
