The only time I hear from Ophelia is if I contact her first. I am totally in the dark about my case. I Never hear from my lawyer despite numerous emails to him. I know my case isn't as important as a big one but I feel I deserve at least some communication.

My attorney and her paralegal are on top of everything to do with my case. I am able to be in constant communication with them as needed and don't have to wait days for a response. Best decision I've made was calling.

This experience has been horrible I am still waiting on State Farm and progressive to cut a check for my totaled vehicle. My case manager dropped me but failed to release and notify all the represented companies or insurance company which is delaying a release because of misrepresentation. We lost everything and haven’t been able to gain any grounds from this.
