Don't even bother calling them if you were denied disability due to work credits, they aren't at all what they have advertised and are not willing to "fight for you" I will be going down a list of attorneys that actually will do what they advertise. They simply looked up information when I called for a consultation and told me what I already knew that "I was denied due to work credits" and told me to "call disability" if I didn't truly have a disability that affects my working I wouldn't have called or applied for disability in the first place, let alone seek their help. There has got to be better legal aid in this state than them. Don't even waste your time.

I chose those ratings because they are accurate to my situation.

Communication is not great.

This has been my worst experience with a law firm. There hasn’t been any movement on this case in months. I do not receive any phone calls, emails, etc. to provide any type of update. I sent an email over 30 days ago and was told they were going to talk to the lawyer and get back with me that day, still waiting on that call back. It appears you are unable to provide the superior service that your commercial talk about, this could be considered false advertisement.
