Our case opened on October 4, 2023. In the two weeks it’s been open I only received one or two initial phone calls. They were nice enough to set me up with a local pain clinic. But past that nothing has been done to help me since the accident. I’ve been without a car since the accident. I’ve had to rely on family to get things I need. Geico hasn’t been of help either in the rental car. I figured you’d two companies would work together to make this process smoother. When we asked about how much to accept for the totaled car settlement we were told check blue book. So far this process hasn’t been seamless. I know things take time. But our case after two weeks still says opening. I don’t even know if that means anything is getting done. Some commutation goes a long way. Especially when your case team changes. We didn’t even get that courtesy. This is just the start so for now you folks are middle of the road. I can’t say I’m happy but I’m not not happy either.

This experience is new to me. I've been treated very well by all. But since my medical is ongoing I suppose that's why I have no idea how my case is going. I'm scheduled for another injection on my back Tuesday the 17th of October. Maybe I'll know more after that.
