My feedback is so far not impressed. Was told on the 9th I'd hear from my lawyer and case worker in the next say or so and today is the 23rd and still haven't heard anything from anyone there otherwise then my paralegal

I spoke with my attorney once. The paralegal once as well. At this point, I dont know if my case has been dropped or what since I cant hear from either one of them. I think I need to seek new counsel.

I tripped on a rebar that was supposed to be holding a concrete bumper, but the bumper was torn away from the rebar in a business parking lot. As a result I broke my thumb and hurt both of my knees. I contacted Morgan and Morgan, and all the personnel that I have come in contact with by phone calls, text messages, and emails have been professional, empathetic, and supportive. In fact, the process was handled in its entirety through phone calls, text messages, and emails where I did not have to go to one of their offices. The staff have kept me informed of the process and procedures of the law suit. If I had a question, I either texted or emailed and I was answered in a timely manner, usually the same day. I highly recommend Morgan and Morgan if you have been injured at a business through no fault of yours.
