When you turn to the best you get the best

They are ok I guess I haven't heard to much from them and so I don't know where we are at, at this time about my case, because the Insurance company will not talk to me and they say to talk with my counsel.

It's not much to tell. They're doing their job for me and I doing my best to get better. I give them information as I receive it and they advise me when they can .

He listened to me

Well all I get Text messages from the Home Office emails from the home office, the agent that was assigned to me called me. I've called him back numbers times have not got a reply. And I can keep going. This surely hurts me. To put it down like this. But I need results. I don't need emails, text messages, or phone calls

I had tried to contact anyone that would talk to me for two weeks. I didn't know that to do. The at fault insurance company has been trying to make me sign papers but I didn't know if I was supposed to. When Elizabeth Palmer finally called me back, she said I was supposed to sign them. I do not have any transportation other than the rental car but it is due back. What am I supposed to do now?? And why didn't she tell me sooner I needed to sign the papers?? This law firm is not a good one. I will never use them again. When I need to talk to someone it shouldn't take that long to get back with me. That put me in a bad position. No one even cared about my problems. Then the injury part has not even started. This is the most incompetent law firm I have ever dealt with. I will NOT recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had little to know responses or calls and I have a broken ankle from my apartments negligence! Not a happy camper.

Everyone has been very kind and on top of the situation. I feel like I have more to tell. Maybe that will come down the road but I don't really know. Now, this could be because I've been grieving through the process and I may have been told but I just really don't know.

I've heard from my case manager one time via phone and one time via email since March. I emailed my attorney and cc'd my case manager over 2 weeks ago for an update and still have not received an email back or phone call.
