After consulting with representative about my recent fall, she followed through with empathy and understanding. Patient with the many questions I had for her. Great choice, Morgan and Morgan.

I'm not one who usually does surveys.... that is not my thing. ... I will say this though, hooking up with this firm has been a heck of alot easier than I expected. Also everyone I've talked to so far have been very nice and respectful.... I like that.

Instead of wasting my time find out where I am first. I spent 5 minutes on the phone giving information and backstory to be told that you cant help in Illinois. FIND THAT OUT FIRST!

Poor communication and lack of term acknowledgment of terms and conditions of case. Case manger was rude and would say one thing and turn and say she didn’t say it! Wish I went with another law firm!!! 🤬

The intake rep was so concerned and empathetic. But the lawyer assigned was not as warm n fuzzy. She and her assistant were a match made in heaven both were transactional and didn't show no compassion. We truly never expected that and accepted it. We didn't hear anything for about a month or so and then got the cold email advising they were dropping my husband's case. When we called to inquire why her response was the establishments insurance company denied the claim and feel we won't win because of lack of evidence of the fall. My husband has had 2 surgeries and scheduled for another and that was not enough to pursue his case and told they were offering to pay $5000 towards medical bills and that was that. His Er bill was well over that and when we presented the bill to them they were asking for more clarification and red tape they never paid the bill. Its sad how the commercials show all this compassion but not as willing or at least the lawyer we were assigned lost her compassion and all about the money. I was the one who suggested to call Morgan n Morgan because I truly believed they were true to their advertising but I guess not like Mr Morgan. Mr Morgan Will you be my husband's lawyer since you display such concern for the people?
