not sure where the disconnect is, but it just feels like this as taken a long time to come to conclusion.

I haven’t heard from my case manager in months. I’ve called and emailed and received no response from my correspondence.

What case? I sent y'all everything and y'all couldn't even call me! After 3 months you were extremely rude via email saying you don't represent me that I have a pending case? I've been hurt for the rest of my life. I'm a single mom who's kids lives have been tragically effected by this injury and your team has been the icing on the cake with treating me like I don't matter and like my kids lives don't matter. This case has left us homeless begging for mercy from strangers when I have a multi million dollar case. I'm at a loss of words because mister Morgan describes what happened to his brother on the commercials and that is exactly what this firm is doing to good people.

You talk about being a youngster and what happened to your brother and how your family hired the wrong attorney and how doing so was terrible and that being poor restricted your ability to get a better attorney well that's the situation I'm in and my case was evaluated by an intake specialist instead of being handed off to an attorney to actually speak to me about my very unique situation, thanks for throwing me away
