I simply don't know what is going on with my case. My second case manager called a few weeks ago and introduced himself. Since then, he has not responded to my two emails when I asked him questions. Also he didn't return my telephone call. I have been reporting my medical progress and any other events related to my case to M&M but today I have no idea what should I expect, after nearly three months from my accident.
I am 78 year old and if it's going to be any benefit for my suffering, as the result of a careless driver's act, I deserve to know the progress.

My case manager is very knowledgeable whenever I have a question she is able to give a very specific ande detail answer. HOWEVER I have to initiate communication to find out any information.
