Awesome empire M & M is protecting our lives all over the globe

So far I am quite impressed by the communication and contacts that I have had with M&M. I actually don’t have any issues with them.

I came to these people on two Cases, One and back in 2017., And 1 2022. Worst communication ever,, Really bad experience. It's supposedly there held that higher standards, Anybody's better off going to small lawyers that are trying to build their name

Right now I give them a three after reading all the negative comments I hope I have not made a mistake because my case is new I hope to one day give five stars I am praying that this law firm works for me. Right now I am still pondering, I pray and hope that I made the right choice so that I can come back and give five stars.

It has been 3 weeks since I first started with M&M, and in all that time I have not been able to get a hold of anyone on my legal team. I’ve called, messaged in the app, and left voicemails. No one answers and no one calls or messages back. I have gotten no legal advice beyond the initial intake call 3 weeks ago and I have had so much happen in that time that I needed my legal team for. I finally spoke with someone from the customer experience team who said that my assigned attorney was on vacation and would be back yesterday (Monday), and that they would call me back to discuss my case. I have still gotten no response. I am not happy and I will be canceling my representation with Morgan&Morgan.

No corespondents I leave messages and text with no return anything.... please have someone call me

It has been a good experience so far

I have been affiliated with this law firm since around April 2023 and I really don't feel that they have my best interests in mind. They have had everything they've needed to move forward on my case but nothing to my knowledge has been done. I have called and called and I have called but only to get a voicemail to the individual who is supposed to be in charge of my case and I have left enough voicemail to complete my own commercial but have yet to hear back so I'm guessing my small case just doesn't have enough money involved for this big time law firm to get involved with but the slogan says FOR THE PEOPLE, one can only wonder, what people are they referring to because it doesn't seem like the poor people. Or maybe they know the other person in this case and just don't want them to be held accountable who knows. I know that given the chance to pick someone else to represent me I believe that I'd choose someone else and atleast I'd have some communication and positive results especially when it's already in the police report, how can a simpleton loose or not even pursue justice omg . You would have to either have a hidden agenda or be dumber than a bag of hammers,so if you're reading this review I'd just say make sure these are in fact the people you really and truly want but before you sign on with them explore other options and you may find a better one.

I can't say enough good things about Renee Hidalgo. She has kept me updated from the begining of my accident since late may till present. She is friendly and very personalable. I love how aggressive she is to get me and my daughters the most out of our case. HANDS DOWN WILL WORK WITH MORGAN & MORGAN AGAIN, Renee is such a huge asset to your company. She truly cares about your clients. Thanks Renee for the bottom of our hearts! We appreciate you and all your hard work!

I chose Morgan and Morgan because so many people say they are very good and can be trusted.
