Barely spoken with anyone if she's the lady I spoke with it was only one time and I had to provide everything not only addresses to where my medical bills will come from or the status of my physical injury from when it was dated on up to collecting all the documents from the address I provided Morgan & Morgan and uploading them on this site. So I guess I'll see whether they actually file my case or get me anything regarding my insurance policy because they don't tell me nothing

Horrible! I wish I could leave ZERO Stars! They do not keep us informed on our case. They settled almost 7 months ago and still no payment received. Actually was told by Dana Washington that I should contact my insurance company and get my bills lowered and see how much insurance will pay when that is their job. I keep receiving emails asking about my insurance info when I sent that 4 months ago. Every time I speak with someone they are no help and I have a new lawyer on my case every time I call. I can go on and on.

Since this accident I have been homeless. I have lost my job, your firm is not responding to me. I've sent so many texts I made so many customer complaints. It's ridiculous next time. I know that you guys do not consider my case a priority. Because I'm not making you enough money. So next time I go with a different firm.

So much for Morgan and Morgan “FOR THE PEOPLE” They really do not care what so ever. What a complete disappointment. I am thankful I am with Farrah and Farrah. Apparently they aren’t very familiar with the term “word of mouth” I suggest if you are reading these reviews that you seek other counsel.
