I have had to initiate almost ALL communication! I’ll leave a message and it will take long periods of times to get a response! They lady seems to be irritated every time I inquire about the case, as if I’m wasting her time! We still don’t know have a resolution! I still don’t know what’s going on with the case! I’ve used Morgan before so I’m extremely disappointed in how things are run now! I was expecting to be treated decently but that is not what’s happening! I guess the case wasn’t big enough for them to care about! Truly disheartening!

My family and I waited 3 months after Morgan and Morgan took my case from them to tell us they were no longer representing us. Very little communication inbetween and case managers and lawyers were changed without any notifications. Im disappointed that my family and I put our trust into this law firms hands.

I have heard absolutely NOTHING about my case. Not a single update or contact call in months. I just keep getting bills from the accident, and now my credit has been affected by this, so I'm making monthly payments and hoping to hear something eventually.

Any questions,concerns and problems I run into I get them answer,I always get check up on my progress in treatment and how I'm feeling physically,mentally and emotionally.I really see my case manager cares and is doing everything she can to help me very nice and professional.

I appreciate the fact that yall are taking a second look at my case but i have not heard from anyone and I tried calling on 4 occasions over these 2 weeks, I can't work I'm in therapy 5 days a week and I'm loosing income and jobs also my bills are piling up its been 2 months no income can someone please reach out to me please.
