Very nice to wotk with

So far I haven't had any real information on the case but I patient and willing to allow my case worker to do there job. I don't have enough information or interactions with my worker to make any decisions about it.

Not heard from anyone on my case in awhile. I sent a text to lisa clark but no reply.

This law firm was completely useless, they mismanaged my case from the day they agreed to represent me. If your case isn't a million dollar case they will assign you to a group of lawyers like I had that didn't care and didn't do anything close to the assistance that was promised when the representative agreement was presented. I never even met my lawyer while I was "represented" this law firm lies to you and are lazy if its not what they deem a large money settlement. I couldn't be more angry or disappointed in the service this law firm provided me with. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone, the commerical they put on television in Jacksonville is a complete lie. No other law firm in Jacksonville would even give me a consultation because of when I mentioned that this law firm was representative of me, which if I could of changed it, I would.

Have tried to obtain a few times each time same answer not interested in case are you for the people ? Each case I had well was a huge success miss out Morgan & Morgan. Hired another firm

We spoke once about the case but I haven't heard back from her.

The Paralegal I have been dealing with is professional and advises me on important things that are happening in my case.

Update: I got 2 calls this morning, one from my pre-lit. paralegal and the lawyer, a little later. They had updates for me, which were actually good news. My litigation paralegal has been out sick. Their response to resolve this issue was quick after my email last evening and this review this morning. We cleared the air on how to proceed going forward, and I feel this issue has been resolved. Thank you. Great communication and support from my pre-litigation paralegal, but since moving into litigation, communication has been non-existent unless I initiate it. Why is it taking 3 months to serve the defendant, for example? In June, I was told 2-3 months. I reached out 2 weeks ago to the lawyer for am update, and he got back to me to say it hasn't been done yet, although Sept. 3 is 3 months since the lawsuit was filed. Just sent a follow up email after work hours yesterday. Need to understand why this part takes so long. Need regular updates. My life has taken a huge hit since the accident.Communication helps me feel like there is hope.

I send emails and wait for responses for days without seeing or hearing anything back. I’ve been told to keep going to the doctor but my doctor has told me there having issues getting responses back. So now I’m stuck it’s a issue no car and pain and feeling like I’ve got no help :/. Hope all this is worth it when it’s all said and done. Will update rating after case is over.

This group of people are amazing they go above & beyond to help there clients achieve there goals on getting the help they need after a car accident or whatever your case may be there very thorough which makes it easier for you to continue with your normal day to day activities without having to worry or stress out about what your lawyer is doing these people have everything under control from start to finish...

I was involved in a simple rear end accident March of 2021 and it has not been resolved as of yet. At this juncture I believe that I would have faired out better negotiating on my own.
