3 years to prepare and did not fight the fight..so sad! Should have went with someone who really cared!

Morgan & Morgan has my money & they've had it for 1YEAR 7 mts they got almost 4k& they said they would give me 1,600 WORSE ATTORNEYS IN AMERICA. I MEAN THEY HAVE my MONEY RIGHT NOW. I CAN'T STAND THEM. I was hurt very bad

My wife just had surgery 6 weeks ago on her knee. She just started physical therapy last week. I was told a few weeks ago that they are closing the case and would have my money in 2 weeks. Still nothing. And now my wife can't get the therapy that she needs to be able to walk again. All morgan and morgan cares about is the money they get out of a lawsuit. Thought you cared about the people no that was a lie. Never trust them go with someone else.

I called to get a free consultation and the representative tried to trick me into signing a contract without speaking to a lawyer. TRCKERY

My daughter was injured by a hit and run driver in March of 2021. I contacted Morgan and Morgan they told me she had a case and they are pleased to represent her. I heard from them few and in-between. Low and behold 5 and a half months after my daughter received a letter stating that they will not be representing her. Morgan and Morgan don't really care about the little people as they claim in their adds. I am highly disappointed and will be seeking advice from a small firm that really care about the people.

A little disappointed. I used to watch the commercials when I lived in FL about 20yrs ago and said I hope I never need an attorney, but if I do it will be Morgan & Morgan. I may have made a mistake. It all started fairly early on. My account had been transferred to about 4 different paralegals. Each time the ball was just dropped and there my file was just sitting in someone's folder on a desk. When I asked why no contact or updates, I was told that it had been transferred due to paralegals leaving the practice for different reasons. Some to pursue they're law studies. Which is fine but had I not called it may have still just been sitting there. When the case was finally being handled the paralegal did his best to stay on top of it and to keep me abreast of what's going on. What ticked me off and the reason for just 2 stars is that we agreed initially on 30% for the attorney fees and the rest for me. Somehow it ended up turning into a 50/50 proposal from them to me. By this time a yr had come and gone and I just wanted to be done with it all. Something in my gut was telling me something more was going on with the money and that I really didn't end up with what I was supposed to. I fought this feeling for a long time because I absolutely loved their commercials and admired the firm. I even wrote I via online and commended them on such honest appealing and professional commercials. None the less I settled withittle to nothing and didn't feel the wait, the lain, and suffering was worth it at all. By the way, this was from an incident that happened about 2 yrs ago. I just never submitted a review about it. I had a previous similar case prior to this one and called Morgan & Morgan first. They declined to take the case, so I went to another firm whom I won't mention here. But they took the case and I was please with 5 stars overall. I reallybfelt bad because I really did like Morgan n Morgan. Now I'll have 2nd thoughts about calling them 1st. Now I'm sure without a doubt that it's a good firm and I think they mean well. I just had a bad experience amd don't believe my case was handles properly or that the funds due to me were ALL provided. I thought about contacting Mr. MORGAN himself but said I'd just let it go and chalk it up as a loss. Maybe that's what they wanted me to do anyway. Their slogan "Size Matters", might actually be true, but maybe not to their advantage. Maybe Morgan and Morgan has grown too big and quality and ethics are at stake. Excuse any typos.
