These people took my money I told her I didn’t want to go over my pip limit she ingored me I call for months and I have been to PT for 7 months at month 3 I was already over my limit which led to them having more money taking out out of my settlement money be careful of these two names Jason miller principal attorney and Leah oquendo they are not for the people they are for themselves and always have been. They will not answer your calls just so they can keep having you go to appointment then will lie to you and say if you don’t keep going you won’t get any money I will never do business with his company again because of these two individuals

This place is a joke. They're quick to take your case once and you've agreed on a settlement, all communication stops. And when I did finally talked to the paralegal. (Which took a month and half)She gave me story after story. How she was sick, family member died and now she's going on vacation and I still have yet to receive documentation that I need to sign in order to get payment "so she says". What nobody else can take her workload. Can't even get the lawyer to call back. No wonder they have so many law firms. They take Clients money and refused to give their settlements.

I worked with Clay Anderson (Morgan &Morgan)on my case. He was always responsive, patient and ensured that I understood how he was proceeding with my litigation. He prepared me for my deposition, explaining the process. When a settlement offer was proposed by opposing counsel he explained the pros and cons of accepting or rejecting the offer. My case was a fairly simple one, but, Mr.Anderson treated me with the respect and care one would expect in a multi million dollar litigation.
