I like that When l speak with them they are making me feel heard , especially when the place I was injured wouldn't even report my injury. I feel like I'm not suffering alone and have support from people who care.

Neither my "new" case manager nor my "new" attorney has contacted me or shown any interest in my case whatsoever. I guess if I hear from them I'll find out if anyone actually reads these reviews.

Was a horrible experience The lady that hit me didn't have insurance so they dropped me like a bad habit. But on top of that I had to call another law firm just to get information and I got more information from that lady in 10 minutes and I got from these people in 2 weeks.. me and my case manager weren't driving so I asked for a new case manager and she cried nearly. And then I asked the date that the policy had canceled she refused to give it to me
