Just not good. Not good at all. Still cant get ahold of anyone to hold anyone accountable for dodging me. And when I do finally get through to get a new team assigned to me I was told it would happen in the coming days. Its been a month now. And still nothing has happened. Just stay away. Dont bother. Go to Dan Newlin. They are better equipped to talk to you and handle your case in a respectful and caring way.

Not good,not happy at all,can't seem to get a call back . Also I keep getting paperwork from the insurance company I've had a suit against. Thought the attorney was going to handle all of thos!!! I'm confused,have been since this began.

i trush this law firm,im totaly disappointed,my case was injury at work almost die,they not fight for me,bad experience irequest my documents still not recived from my accident

I have had a good experience with them in the past. I've been very frustrated with my representation this time. I'm just not getting the same level of service as I did 6 years ago. Not even close! I didn't even hesitate or think to call any other attorneys when I was hit by a car last summer because I was so pleased before. I had less injuries with my workman's comp settlement and got more money. This time more injuries and 2 insurance companies and offering much less. I just don't feel like my case is getting the attention it should because the amount they are going to get is much less because they have much larger cases than mine that they are giving their attention to.

Not great at communicating and what has been communicated has been exaggerated upon or not true once the process started. Also, as a veteran I have been able to provide all my provider medical notes and yet I get an email from a new person there asking me to sign something for permission to get records ....

The free case evaluation was an waste of time. They called twice and, then I was transferred to a person who asked questions. However, this person clearly did not even bother to preread the case summary. I had to correct him repeatedly, and he no clue what the case was even about. They just want to cycle through as many summaries as possible.
