It's has been a pleasant experience so far

They did a great job I remember 1 day we were doing the deposition on zoom because COVID was still around and I remember my attorney's phone would ring and I guess she had hit a button and send it to her secretary, and then one of the calls she said I have to take this I'm sorry I'll be right back. And when she left the deposition expert said you know how to tell if you have a good attorney, when people are calling left and right and she's always busy, that's how you tell everybody wants her made me feel very confident in my attorney. And we won the case. I remember family and friends asking me when's the last time you spoke to your attorney I would say I don't know maybe a few months ago, listen they work hard they want the best for you. From time to time I would send a text saying how's everything going and they would say everything's good.

Constantly being changed to different lawyers and associates. No cohesiveness or feeling I am in the loop.

From the beginning of this case, to now, it's a been a humongous lack of communication, no replies to text messages, or voice mail, and very few attempts to even give a call back, more less within the 24 hours that was initially communicated to me by my case manager
