The customer service was absolutely disgusting I was on the phone for a half an hour of the lady at the front desk asked me to tell her the situation that was going on just to transfer me to the person that was actually supposed to be doing my consultation in in the middle of my consultation the guy by the name of Axel completely hangs up in my face

If the hospital didn't give me the right medicine is there a that they couldn't take the case wasn't in their best interest by not taking the right medicine it only give me a heart attack

All is ok. To day you will ask them to finally paid your settlement. Don’t believe in 60 days fairytale, I feel like a beggar begging for my money from which I paid them very well. I've been waiting since September (when the insurance company sent the check), I thought it would brighten my Christmas, but the answer was - unfortunately we are working on your case but you can't expect it so soon. I no longer believe that I will ever get a cent from them, if they wanted to, they would pay me..
