Tom Slater is an awesome attorney, he went above beyond for my family. He was very supportive with my family's needs. I could contact him anytime I needed, he allowed me to vent or cry on his shoulders, and always gave me encouraging words. I could never be where I am right now if it wasn't for Tom and the entire family of Pajcic and Pajcic, for they will always be apart of my family and I love them all.

Our hearts were broken and our lives shattered by the actions of a drunk driver in 2005. My sons and I met with Steve Pajcic and Tom Slater about a week after the crash. While all of the staff were compassionate and professional throughout the years, Tom and his “right hand” Juli were always there when I needed them to be. While our case appeared to be a cut and dry case, we found out that the drunk driver had no intention of accepting responsibility for her actions and she hired a plethora of attorneys. I appreciated Tom Slater’s candor and honesty and tenacity as we navigated not only the Circuit Court, but also the District Court of Appeals (several times) and ultimately the Florida Supreme Court. Tom Slater’s argument to the Florida Supreme Court presented the pertinent case law succinctly and was so compelling that the decision was unanimous in our favor. All seven Florida Supreme Court Judges ruled in our favor. After more than 9 years we finally felt that justice had been served. I truly believe that some attorneys would have given up, but not Tom Slater and not Steve Pajcic. I also appreciated that they also never forgot that they were working for me, and allowed and encouraged me to take part in making decisions along the way. Now, 12 years after my husband was killed I appreciate that the Pajcic firm was there for my family. Their expertise and ability to fight the multi-player “dream team” that the drunk driver had hired gives me the confidence to say that my husband’s life was not disposable – he mattered. After 12 years – I consider them friends.

After my husband’s accident, it was a very emotional and confusing time for me and my family. My wife and I give them a 5 star rating. Professional and very hard working. My medical bills after the auto accident were more than the insurance companies paid out. Pajcic worked the medical bills down and even discounted their fee to see that we were given a good settlement. These guys are great. Thanks again Lanell, you're the best

October 18, 2015 changed my life forever. My youngest son was killed when he was hit by a car on Lem Turner in Jacksonville, Fl. and the driver got out and took pictures of my son's dying body and then had the nerve to put it on social media, my world came to an end. I reached out to Pajcic & Pajcic not knowing who or if I could make them pay for his inhumane actions that he took in the most critical time of my baby's life.
