My husband and I have had NOTHING but the best experience with Pajcic and Pajcic. They’re so family friendly and are very welcoming in the office, with the atmosphere being very professional and supportive. We were referred to the law firm by a friend and to be quite frank, we’ve never heard of them before and had no idea they were located in the heart of Jacksonville (downtown) this whole time! The process moved very quickly (only took 6 months) and communication was spot on every time. The front desk ladies ALWAYS pick up the phone very quickly (you don’t see that anymore with most offices) and Alana was someone we enjoyed working with as she meant business and was helpful throughout the process. If we were to ever get into an accident again (with Jacksonville getting crowded it’s bound to happen) we would work with them again. 100000000/10 would recommend!

This is only a review for an initial phone call. The representing was courteous and they answered the ozone immediately. They did say nobody was available to answer my questions and when asked if there was a better time, I was told nobody is in that office that can answer my question. The question was about the steps I needed to take to sign with them and what the contract would look like. So needless to say, I picked a different lawyer as this group didn't seem as competent and capable based on my brief interaction via phone.
