Tom Slater was great! He was able to get the medical documentation and negotiate with the insurance carrier for almost the full amount of my policy benefits. I would highly recommend him and his firm. They were very professional and courteous. He was super responsive as well, I had immediate responses when I contacted him and his staff. I don't think I could have asked for a better outcome. I would definitely hire him again! (but also definitely hope I don't need to!!)
