Our attorney took on our case after we approached at least two other attornies. It was an odd case involving a home owner's association. Hans Wahl, our attorney, early on said that we could settle this in mediation, which we did. Others advised us that the case would go on for years. The mediation was fair to both parties and resolved the complaint myself and my neighbor had with the home owner's association.
