I have been with Century for almost 3 years. In 2 years I plan on retiring and decided that I did not want to be paying unnecessary bills. Since i have been in the program, they have paid off over half of my accounts. They took the pressure off of me in regards to calls. I self-medicated from a stressful job and I was charged as a non-violent drug offender. Due to the amount of unlabeled pills, I was charged with drug trafficking. Will Kurtz, with a straight face, notified me that he could plea bargain the prosecutor down to 54 years of prison. He told me that he would keep shooting until all of his ammunition was gone. He obviously used a pea shooter and was completely out of his legal depth. Needless to say, I immediately fired Will Kurtz who shamelessly kept all of his approximately 17k retainer fee. I am currently serving probation, no prison, due to hiring A Russell Smith. One irony from this horrible experience is that his weak firm, Ron Sholes, has sent multiple Christmas cards to my home, instead of a prison cell, with FREE Jacksonville Giant basketball tickets. What a joke.
