I started the program in February before the pandemic, and was a little skeptical. They have already come to a settlement for 1 of the bigger companies and saved money, my hope is I will be done with the program before I originally anticipated. I started off nervous, I'm sure just like you right now. I did some research, yes the terms and conditions are a bit intimidating at first but this program really helps you see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is beyond worth it. I would suggest Century Law Firm to anyone who is trying to right their ship financially!

I had previously hired another attorney to represent my case. After months of waiting and no responses I started the search for a different attorney for my accident case. I saw a commercial for Fasig & Brooks and decided to give them a try. Within 10 min of completing my online request Jimmy Fasig called me and spoke with me. He explained the process and the next morning they went to work. They have been the friendliest and most helpful attorneys I could ever work with. Anytime I had a question they were there to help. Jimmy called me several times during the case to see if I had any questions and to be sure I was happy with the services. Carrie who was my attorney was outstanding. I could message her anytime and she always got right back to me. This was a new process for me as I have never had to file an accident claim before. I surely hope I never have to again but if I did there is no one else I would rather have represent me. They made the process easy and painless. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I will recommend you to anyone I know.

This company did not pursue us. My wife called and we listened to the program and made our . If not for Century Law Firm we would be swamped under with debt. I found after we started that I had cancer and they worked with us to pay ahead so we wouldn't be strapped as well. Everything that we were told has been spot on. We are almost there thanks to this great firm. Honest and trustworthiness above reproach!!!

When Mr. Kurtz represented clients for the Ron Sholes firm, my wife paid him a 17k retainer to represent me. During our first meeting to discuss my non-violent drug offender case, Mr. Kurtz was demeaning and his responses to my questions were shallow. I was a pharmacist who self-medicated and faced felony charges. I will withhold some dirty details but, in short, Mr. Kurtz communicated that he worked hard with the prosecutor's office for a 54 year plea deal. This is not a typo, 54 YEARS. Mr. Kurtz was fired immediately but still pocketed the entire $17,000. My family hired another attorney, A Russell Smith, who set up an inpatient drug rehabilitation facility then probation which I completed satisfactorily last year. Here is the kicker, NO PRISON TIME.

I'm only a little ways into my plan and already receiving great news! I really appreciate that I get a call to keep me updated on what's happening with my accounts. Every staff member that I've spoken too has been very nice, knowledgeable, and happy to help me! Looking forward to being a graduate of the program!

I was very hesitate about doing something like this. Wasn't sure how true their claims were and how things would progress. After reading a few reviews I went ahead with the program. So far, it has lived up to all that they said. I have not received one phone call or nasty letter from the credit card companies or collection agencies. Someone has been right their available when we had questions or needed anything. They walked us through everything multiple times making sure we understood everything and that all our questions and concerns had been address. Its been 8 months and they have already settled one of our accounts with a 50% savings. We recently recommended this program to a family friend who has come under hard times in this current climate. Hopefully this review helps someone else.
