Louis, was a tremendous help with my claim, I didn't have to do anything he took care of all my paperwork, he referred me to a great chiropractor who treated me. And got me back a substantial amount from the insurance company. At the time he was with another firm, But if your looking for and outstanding lawyer Louis is great. Highly recommend. Mr. Martinez helped our family, answered our calls at all hours, calmed our fears and doubts, never gave up when things didn't look bright, and now we will be able to help out my dad and mom so that they don't have to carry the burden of hospital bills. What happened to my mother at HCA Memorial Hospital was a disgrace. My dad will now be able to seek the care and help he needs to watch over my mom. Spoke with the lawyer myself and he was genuinely kind and attentive of my situation and questions. We didn't end up working together but even for a free consultation, he was detailed in what would make sense for me (even if it wasn't in his best interest which you don't see often with lawyers).
