I signed up for the 48 month program with Century, and have just completed month 39. I received a notice that I will need to stay in the program 25 more months (16 past my contract). Needless to say I am very disappointed. Any discussions that I had with the reps when signing up emphasized how they plan for the worst case scenario and that if anything I might get out of the program a little early. I understand that the contract is an estimate, but going a year and a quarter past my agreed upon date of completion is more than a slight adjustment. If you are going to sign up with them, understand that anything they tell you is simply an estimate - it can always get worse.

I highly recommend Rainka and Law for any legal matters. Mr. Rainka never made me feel alone in the situation. He is very patient and understanding. I was told my contract is now extended for an extra 10 months. I was told last year I was on track for my originally agreed to August 23 end date. This will mean I am paying a lot More than what was agreed to in my original contract. Not OK. Staff is very responsive but You cannot have a contract and then switch it up midstream when you're almost finished.
