Mr. Charles Willmott did a great job on my military divorce. He was very knowledgeable and his experience was apparent. I would highly recommend him if you are a military person going through the difficult process of divorce.

After having "buyers remorse" with two other attorneys, we were very great-full to find Charles Willmott. His ability to get straight to the point and bring about a successful result in our modification to final judgement was a blessing!

I am one if the lucky ones to have had such a great lawyer for my divorce .I was hopeless and afraid. Charles eliminated all these emotions and gave me comfort and hope . He exceeded my expectations to the point I thought I was taking advantage of him and the additional time and service he was providing me . My out come was favorable and the cost even for all the extra calls, time, and effort did not change. He fought hard for me and the results showed it . If you don't select him and your wife or husband does, your experience and results are goung to have you regret that desicion . This was my second divorce and I can state as fact if I had known about Charles then I would be in a better place financialy and emotionally.

Divorce is a highly emotional trauma to go through. I was so disappointed with the first firm I used (Adsum,they should be avoided ). I looked at reviews online and I contacted Mr. Wilmott`s office and from the first contact I was totally at ease and felt like I was being listened to and more importantly, understood. After switching over, it became even more apparrent how poorly I had been represented before, as I was very quickly involved in the process and I was kept fully informed and helped with every step of the way. The thing I found most helpful was how to fill out the forms and what the lawyers would fill out on my behalf. As I would guess, most people would go through this just once so we have zero experience with this process. I was left to my own devices by the first firm, but with Charles and Jackie I felt from minute one that I was in very safe hands and this proved to bethe case. My case was settled at mediation, but had it gone to the court I always felt that I would be safe and my interests looked after. It was interesting when Charles and I appeared before the Judge for the final hearing, She made a point of thanking him for being so prepared. That spoke volumes as far as I was concerned. Go nowhere else if you need a professional to look after you. I would totally recommend Charles and Jackie Wilmott. I feel that it is important to recognize that it is a team effort and apart from being excellent at their jobs, they are truly nice people. I actually enjoyed the interaction. It seems like an odd thing to say about a divorce, but it certainly made my experienc of divorce a far less painful process than it could have been. Thank you.

After 15 years of marriage and three children, I never thought I would be faced with an impending divorce. Mr. Willmott handled my case professionally and expediently. Jackie was very compassionate and empathetic. They helped to lessen the negative emotions associated with an otherwise painful experience.

I had initially hired one of the "Men Only" divorce firms - What a mistake. My extraordinarily stable ex had hired an asshat attorney friend to represent her, but his lack of experience made proceedings ridiculous and unnecessarily lengthy - he would have undoubtedly made Kramer's (Seinfeld) attorney "Jackie Chiles" very proud. After spending a fortune at the Men Only firm, and probably paying for a few billboards - Enough was enough. I was just a number at a divorce factory. Charles and Jackie were phenomenal to deal with. Knowledgeable, connected, professional, and really very cool people to have handling things at one of life's worst times. Charles was able to facilitate the handling of proceedings expeditiously and efficiently. If I'm ever stupid enough to get married again - I'm having Charles put together a prenup for sure!

I just to want to say how thankful I am to Mr. Willmott for the job he did with my custody case. Once I hired him he was very quick, very efficient, and very thorough. I was very stressed about hiring a lawyer because I dont live in the jacksonville area, but Mr. Willmott did an excellent job of handling my case and keeping me informed of the situation.
