Don’t believe these reviews.. They send there link to give them a review at the beginning when they settle your 1st smallest depth. I started with them before covid 2019 and faithfully paid them while I thought the world was coming to a end I’m talking 600 a month I’m being as honest as possible with this review I’ve skipped maybe skipped 4 payments in the yearS cause even when I skipped they ask you for the money the next week so technically was I skipping or just holding off but come on ppl who would’ve even continued 600 while Covid broke out anyways? Dummy me.. being loyal to a program once again wanting to keep my word. Even credit companies was giving ppl grace at that time. They don’t settle your highest depth till last. So here I am now I’ve been with them for over 3 1/2 years and I still have my highest credit card unresolved and I walked away. Why u ask? Anytime u catch them doing something wrong they are gonna tell you they have to do a audit and you don’t hear back till u call them back and they tell you the same thing. Like how many audits do you need to do in a week.That CONTRACT u sign read it carefully cause that $ u agree to changes. (read the fine print) don’t trust that notary they send to you. Remember they work for them. Although the one they sent me told be to file bankruptcy and not work with them but I wanted to pay my debt to society. The government end up wiping a credit card that I already supposedly already paid off now they want me to pay the taxes on it. Then where did that money go that I paid the card off with? Now I call them and tell them I’m finished. They agree and still change me $100 fee for them working for me and there not anymore. Call them they tell me there gonna do a audit haven’t heard back. Now I’m like ok review time.. Once I go to court for the rest of my depths that they made go higher and show a judge how much money I’ve given to century law faithful while I left my depth in there hands I’m sure I will be able to settle with the other companies easily. They make your depth go up as a tactic at the beginning so the creditors will settle, so I’ve basically paid what depth I’ve given them off but because of there fees and the tactic of letting the cards go up and late fees and interest I’m screwed because of them. Period! Don’t do reviews ppl until you know! 3 and a half years with them this is facts. I hope this helps someone because life is already hard enough if we even had to get in this situation with them to begin with.

I am 9 months into a debt consolidation program with Century Law Firm. So far, I am pleased with the program. The people I have spoken to have been able to provide me with accurate information and have answered all of my questions. I get emails and phone calls to update me on the progress of my account. And to my surprise, several of my accounts have already been resolved.

So far I am very happy with my experience. The company has been responsive when I had questions, and even worked with me when I didn't have enough in my checking for the monthly payment. I just got my first settlement, and they got more than half of the balance taken off of one of my cards. I couldn't be happier!

I aquire services of debt reduction and they quote me certain payment and number term and i agree to it, and. I just find that they could change # of term depending on the settlement this is different from what they told me which is that payment amount and #term will not change even if the settlement outcome higher so basically they lied to me so dot trust these guys I don't know about other service's but on debt reduction get it writing before aquiring there services

Century Law negotiated fair terms for my debt resolution. The ball was in their court and I believe I was saved alot of anxiety over the 4 years and the Customer Service Team was fantastic.

This organization is awful. They told me money would not be withdrawn from my account if there wasn't enough in the account to take out. They withdrew anyways and now have hundreds of dollars in over withdraw fees. Have contacted them a few times this week and still have not reversed payment. Unbelievable.
