I used these guys for a case back in 2020, I was not very impressed with them then and I am not impressed with them now. You don’t speak to an attorney you speak to a case manager, who is not an attorney or have experience with information that pertains to the legal process.

I’m having a bad vibe with bringing my case to them I m currently one of their clients I m usually the type who helped people all I do is work hard try to pay bills and get my medicine without having any insurance I don’t drink smoke or hang around with bad crowds I keep to myself but as a lot of us know it’s very bad people in this world would acts on malicious evil intentions on other we can’t explain we don’t think like them but I was setup and assaulted on the job buy 3 young thugs in their 20s who also was on the news who had criminal records armed robbery stealing police officers personal car fighting over powering and escaping. I m 44 while sitting in a ups trailer after loading it very tired they trapped me in the trailer cutting the lights off pushing the metal rollers on me stumped punched kicked me on the ground no one stopped it I couldn’t fight for my life they caught me off guard while sitting and tired from working at coach warehouse after suffering from multiple injuries from contusions concussions loss of heavy amounts of blood everywhere my neck and back injuries headaches nose off and on bleedings nerves wrist and hand injuries ptsd from when it happened 11/10/2024 vertigo dizziness effects vomiting fractured and or broken nose healing deformed bad shaking of my hands partial hearing loss ringing in my ears. They changed lawyers on me twice without informing me I m feeling these pains every day I can’t get a good night sleep having to go to the Er multiple times for my pains of my injuries my lawyer I don’t really trust nor have the best confidence in it’s like he’s working for the opposing team for the workers comp party I wanna get the medical care I deserve I need in which I m not! I v exhausted all options I m suffering even the workers comp and Er doctors saying it’s not right with the experience I having saying I need to fire my lawyer. I m following all my requirements to see the doctor but they are saying the workers comp adjuster taking her time and not responding even to her lawyers while I m in pain!! Y’all can’t be serious I have had to get what ever information to help submit to them yeah I m not one to write bad reviews but this here this experience has very horrible I m definitely looking into seeking a new lawyer who can actually stay on this workers comp adjuster and lawyer I need help! And my lawyer Bruce trying to get me to settle for a little 5-10 thousand while I m in pain no get them to fix me and please hurry up!!! I didn’t deserve what happened I was expecting someone to legally help fight on my behalf I m not seeing this. AY

If only I could give zero stars… ugh! I’m gonna make this short, The alleged trial attorney on my case at Farah & Farah, set my case for trial, but did no work whatsoever, and then claimed that I had done something wrong and dropped my case. Because he had set it for trial, and done zero work, no depositions, nothing whatsoever, I was not able to convince another law firm to take my case. The doctors that saved my life twice over now get no money, and now I have to file bankruptcy for half million dollars of debt. I paid an insurance company for years to ensure me for this exact reason and because of Farah & Farah, I now have to file bankruptcy!!!! I was warned by TWO separate attorneys in Florida not to hire them because they never go to trial. And I didn’t believe those attorneys because I trusted Farah & Farah. And look at where it got me… They don’t go to trial they let you suffer, they let you file bankruptcy they accuse you of things you didn’t do, and when you have physical proof that you didn’t do the things they accuse you of they still walk away because they’re cowards do not hire Farah & Farrah you will regret it deeply! Hire someone else!!!! Hire anyone else other than Farah & Farah!!!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended by another driver who immediately left the scene of the accident. I wasn't sure what to do next, but fortunately I decided to call Farah & Farah. Getting started with them was much easier than I expected. Mariana Perozo was assigned as my case manager and she has been fantastic from the very beginning. She's been there to answer any questions that I have and address any concerns as well. This is a first time experience for me and Mariana has made it much easier for me to handle. I had a very bad slip n fall accident at a furniture store in Tampa and hired another big name Attorney in Tampa. Unfortunately, they were basically sitting on the case so I then called Farrah and Farrah and they accepted my case. Best thing I could have done...I was assigned an awesome Paralegal, Ana Levai and Top Notch Attorney, Joseph Nemeh. They were absolutley the best team ever! Ana always kept me informed and sent reminders and best of all phone calls... Attorney Joseph Nemeh worked very hard to settle my case for top dollar and sooner than I thought it would be!!! Couldn’t ask for a better case manager to handle my case. Eric takes pride in his work and cares for the success of his clients. My accident happened in February and was finished by December. Great will calls, communication and swift turn around time. He’s one the best.
